Lauren P. Richmond graduated with honors from La Salle University in 2001 and received her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2005. Ms. Richmond clerked for the Honorable John T. J. Kelly of the Pennsylvania Superior Court.
Upon admission to the Pennsylvania bar, she started her practice in the corporate realm, as a corporate attorney with a boutique private firm. Later, she accepted a position as in-house counsel for a large technology corporation. By 2010 she returned to private practice, leveraging her extensive background in mediation and negotiation to successfully represent clients in a range of legal matters.
Ms. Richmond joined joined Klineburger & Nussey in 2011, and she focuses on counseling sophisticated private individuals and large and small firms on range of private and business matters, including business transactions, services agreements, employment concerns, residential and commercial leases, vendor agreements, protection of intellectual property, business formation, asset transfers, and legal compliance.
In her personal time, Ms. Richmond pursues photography and maintains a seasonal weekend professional photography business in New Jersey.
